That is why the upcoming Scouters Virtual Conference and University of Scouting will feature interactive, lively seminars. Each seminar will be beneficial to even the most seasoned, fully trained Scouters.
Track 1 is designed for parents and new or relatively-new Scout leaders; the focus is trying to help them understand the aims and methods beyond book knowledge, why Scouting does what it does, and why parents need to be involved.
Track 2 and 3 are specific to Cub Scouts and Scouts BSA.
Track 4 will be focused on Youth Leaders (13 years and older, 8th grade+, NYLT qualified) as well as high adventure adult leaders (Venture, Sea Scouts, and high adventure patrols).
