Peace Lessons Under Prague: Exploring a Nuclear Bunker. #UnderPrague

Peace Lessons Under Prague: Exploring a Nuclear Bunker is a selection of photos and learning lessons we collected after our tour under Parukarka Hill, Parukářka Park, Žižkov, Prague. #UnderPrague.

We took this tour to learn more about the Cold War times, to visit one of nuclear bunkers in Prague and to see their big collection of insignias, newspapers, magazines, pictures, uniforms, and gas masks. I wish we had more time to see the exhibits with more detail. This nuclear bunker was intended for 5000 people. After visiting this bunker and exploring all exhibits of this underground museum, we confirmed the importance of keeping peace in our countries. We do not want more Hiroshimas. We also learned this lesson during our participation in Hiroshima Peace Program in Japan.
